Climate

Turriers has a dry, sunny climate all the year round.
Naturally this is punctuated by necessary bouts of rain (which can be very heavy) and snow (not so profuse any more).
Summer temperatures now rise very high, up to 40°.  Summer storms occur and can be very violent and include hail, but in a stay of one week you would be unlucky to get more than 2 days’ inclement weather.

In winter it is sunny and warm in the daytime (20°) and freezing (often around -10° or lower at night.  The most beautiful times to come are May/June (for the flowers) and September/October (for the autumn colours and clear light).
